Currently, Dean and Professor of Pharmacology, Kiran Medical College (KMC) and Kiran Hospital, Surat, Gujarat
An alumnus of King George’s Medical University, Lucknow (NAAC A+ grade), UP, India; obtained both MBBS and MD (Pharmacology) from this prestigious Institute
Possesses over 38 years of teaching experience (24 years as Prof. & HOD)

Awarded the Fellowship of International Medical Sciences Academy (FIMSA) in 2013.
Has authored 8 books in Pharmacology including the widely used Pharmacology for MBBS.
Published over 55 research articles in reputed national and international journals.
Delivered more than 25 Scientific talks and contributed as panelist/faculty in numerous conferences.
Chaired Scientific Sessions, judged prize papers and served as Chairman of Scientific Committee in Major conferences.
Served as Coordinator ADR Monitoring, SMIMER, Surat & VIMS, Palghar
Served as MCI Coordinator and Assessor for UG and PG Pharmacology programmes across India.
Contributed as Subject Expert Committee (Gastroenterology); and Clinical Trial Assessor for CDSCO; Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India.
Served as Member of the Signal Review Panel, IPC, Ghaziabad under MOH&FW, Govt. of India.
Chairs the Curriculum Committee, Medical Education Unit, Pharmacovigilance Committee & Chairs several other committees at KMC Surat and conducted BCME workshop.
